Taking the lead and responsibilities on restaurant sales in terms of target achievement. Taking a lead on business development, i.e., designing and implementing strategic sales that expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence. Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members. Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs. Provides feedback and coaching to the FOH team regularly. Understands building capability through Cross training. Treats all Team Members fairly, and with respect. Works with FOH staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures. Handle guest complaints in restaurants. Schedules periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure the correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members. Maintain budget and employee records, prepare timesheets, and monitor bookkeeping records. Keep a regular check on ordering/receiving supplies such as tableware, cutlery, and other items. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services. T
