We are recruiting experienced sales consultants for one of our telesales activities.

You will be required to offer comparative offers to customers based on their needs.

Reporting to the Team Manager, your mission will consist of:

– Detect and qualify the needs of the interlocutors,
– Sell our client’s products and services,
– Inform and keep commercial databases up to date,
– Promote mobile and ADSL offers from a French operator.

– Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
– Strong experience in telesales, ideally on ISP, Mobile and Energy
– Dominant commercial sense.
– Ability to quickly identify customer needs.
– Customer approach and strong ability to convince.
– Adapt your sales pitch to your interlocutor.
