Intrepid Marrakech SSC is the new Intrepid Travel’s Shared Services Centre based in Morocco. The SSC provides support functions such as Financial, Human Resources, Reservations, System Loading services for different offices in EMEA and the Americas. These services are consolidated into Intrepid Marrakech SSC to enable a high value service delivery and achieve efficiencies and cost savings across the different entities.
The role is responsible for ensuring robust and consistent operational procedures are in place and adhered to achieve long-terms goals in alignment with Intrepid’s values.
The General Manager, Shared Services Centre is accountable for ensuring a continuous high standard of service delivery while maintaining financial cost controls to safeguard the value of the services provided.
This will include the creation, adoption, and promotion of new or improved functions to the service centre while making sure all processes are documented and maintained to the highest standard to meet with compliance and audit regulations of the different entities supported.
The General Manager must be a commercially minded decision maker with strong leadership skills; they must be flexible and readily embrace change. Strength will be required in people management so that teams are proactively supported through guidance and training to deliver operational excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships within the Global Intrepid network are also essential.
Reporting to the Country General Manager, this role will collaborate with other Global Leadership Team members to achieve wider strategic goals and results.
