DESCRIPTION :

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of professionals to achieve the company’s operational and strategic objectives. You will play a key role in leadership, coordinating daily activities, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals.

  2. Team management :
    • Recruit, train and supervise team members.

    • Identify training needs and develop development plans.

    • Develop operational plans and ensure their implementation.
    • Distribute tasks in a balanced manner based on skills and workloads.
  4. Communication :
    • Facilitate transparent communication within the team.
    • Serve as a point of contact between the team and management.
  5. Problems solving :
    • Identify and resolve operational obstacles.
    • Providing creative solutions to improve efficiency.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure effective coordination.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration within the company.
  7. Time and Resource Management:
    • Optimize the use of available resources.
    • Monitor performance indicators and adjust plans accordingly.
