As part of its development, Outsourcia is recruiting bilingual French/English speaking Helpdesk Technicians for one of its clients
Reporting to the helpdesk team leader, your main tasks will include
• Receiving and managing user requests
• Monitoring and handling technical incidents
• Complete incident diagnosis for an intervention
• Incidents input
• Handling recurring incidents
• Quality of the IT support service
• Perfect fluency in French AND English (processing in both languages at the same time)
• Good technical skills
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, server and network environments
• Capacity to communicate effectively with a large variety of people, in a professional manner, on the telephone and in writing
• Teamwork
• Immediately available
