– Handle incoming calls in French and English with professionalism and courtesy.
– Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and handling customer requests.
– Perform back-office administrative tasks, such as managing customer files and data entry.
– Identify sales opportunities and promote the company’s products/services in a persuasive manner.
– Meet and exceed sales targets set by the sales team.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent communication and resolve issues effectively.
